Fostering Multicultural Awareness among Teachers: A Tripartite Model
Describes a group session involving 12 teachers of various ethnicities designed to encourage participants to foster a multicultural environment in their classrooms by increasing their awareness, knowledge, and skills in working with ethnic minority students.
