Multicultural Citizenship
Great Britain's citizenship education helps prepare students for informed and responsible citizenship in a multicultural society. Issues that most require further thought include: cultures are dynamic, not static; multiple identities; recognition of racism; the white perspective; race and white schools; and a common identity.
