Preparing Administrators to Meet the Challenge of a Multicultural Society
It describes the preliminary research, developmental process, and midpoint evaluation of Los Angeles Unified School District and Pepperdine University's restructured Educational Leadership Academy for entry-level administrators and other school leaders.
