A Future for Multi-Ethnic Scotland: Evaluating the Parekh Report

Analyzes propaganda methods used by radical opponents of the Parekh report, The Future of Multi-Ethnic Britain, connecting the forms of challenge developed to the Macpherson report on the findings of the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry. Results suggest that the ideological and intellectual struggle between antiracists and radical conservatives is sharpening, especially around the concept of institutional racism. (SM)
