Eyes on Education: A Proposal for East Side Union High Schools.

This paper presents information from surveys of 1,028 diverse high school students in one California district about inequalities they experienced and their thoughts regarding such issues. While 83 percent of students are students of color, 38 percent of teachers are teachers of color. About 4 out of 14 students have been treated unfairly or harassed in class due to culture or race.
